  • Have bought Year Passes for the kids the last few years. A good deal at $99.00 each. You get Busch and Adventure Island Water Park. A Parks are a bit limited. Kids want to try something new and differ...  more »
  • Already knew the Legoland in San Diego, but in January/18 we had the opportunity to meet the Florida. Gets a bit away from downtown Orlando. For those who think about to stay at Legoland Resort, it's good to know that it is about 40 minutes from other attractions, such as Universal and Disney parks. But, it's worth the visit. The Park is beautiful ... For fans of Lego, is a full plate. My son is 8 years old and loved the Park. He draws attention for details. The world is a dream, with replica of the key sights in the world. Star Wars replicas also call a lot of attention. NinjaGo area is very nice, with a lot of fun. The Park has a focus on smaller children, roller coasters and well ... answer well the public until 8/10 years. But, everyone are enchanted by the scenery of the Park ... it sure is worth the visit.

  • We booked two nights at the Legoland hotel. This place is so cool! I have never seen a better themed hotel and experience. Not even Disney. Upon arrival you enter the hotel and it is legos every where...  more »

  • I always have a great time here with my 4 year old daughter. Never wait more than 10min to get on a ride, the Lego stores are actually cheaper than most department stores. If your a purple or higher annual pass holder you get an additional 10% off anything in the park. That includes drinks, food and Lego sets or pieces. The annual pass is the best bang for the buck. I picked up our passes for a little over a hundred bucks, I believe a day pass is around 90 bucks. I'm sure who ever reads this is smart enough to see that the annual pass is the smartest way to go.
  • My daughter is autistic and they gave her a hero card. She was able (with the whole family) to get on the rides with no problems. The staff helped us with any needs. They have sensory rooms set up that are so nice. She got a little overwhelmed and we found this room and we were away from noise and they had sensory stuff in the room for her. Even though we carry our own it really helped. If you have any kind of child the staff is awesome. Even with me I am disabled and they were awesome with helping me. Better than DISNEY WORLD.....
  • A wonderful 'starter' type theme park, absolutely great for families that have never been to a park before. Everything is Lego themed and many of the attractions are interactive and even require 'man-power' to go up. the park itself is relatively clean and well maintained, but is starting to show it's age, a little touch up paint would do wonders. All in all a great and fairly inexpensive place to visit.
  • This place is amazing and will bring a cheer to anyone who is a Lego fanatic. The rooms have all different themes and you can choose from one of four when you check in - Kingdom, Adventure, Pirate or Friends (this one is for girls. Each room has murals all over each wall and furniture designed within the theme too, such that you feel like you are on a movie set, or in one of the theme park ride lines. The lobbies and hallways are full of Lego statues, scenes, even furniture...so some thing interesting to look at everywhere. Fun for kids and adults!
  • I loved this park! The wait times weren't bad. My kids enjoyed every second of our visit. They loved the rides. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The staff were friendly and happy everywhere you went. The 3d fireworks were amazing. Loved, loved, loved this park!

Where to stay in Winter Haven

Because Winter Haven sits in prime tourist territory between Orlando and Tampa, the city offers a wider range of accommodations than almost any other urban area in the country. Many inns in Winter Haven allow pets and provide access to private swimming pools or small stretches of sandy beach. To escape the crowds, explore the area's vacation rentals. Ask about package deals; many rentals incorporate discounted tickets to the nearby theme parks as part of the deal.
