  • On the road can move between hotels and restaurants. Maui Kaanapali, small and folksy feel. Swimming areas are scattered, so is suitable for families. However, Barker was kinda depressing feeling. I wonder if this is one of my favorite. You can also often bar provided.

  • Very touristy spot without charm or interest. Tourist. There are much more beautiful, paradisiacal and unusual spots than Panglao Island (in its generality Alona Beach or Danao Beach) on Bohol. Feel free to go to the East of Bohol, on the side of Anda to the postcard side. Panglao Island is the great disappointment of this 3 week trip. 3 days lost. Avoid this destination, there are many more attractive elsewhere.

  • After having been in Siargao, Apo island and Siquijor since then this area is without a doubt a place to avoid in the Philippines. If you stay at a resort all inclusive perhaps worthwhile you, but is too crowded, expensive and beaches are not worth much. If I know that it was you hadn't come.

  • The place is somewhat like mini version of Boracay. I think they need a team to clean up the shore and a bit crowded because of the boats. Moreover, the beach is so nice, you can enjoy at night and good for scuba diving.
  • It's like a mini-Boracay. Lot's of tourists especially foreigners. Here you can find bars, restaurants, shishas, live-bands, massage spas, etc. Resorts that ranges from affordable to high end. The sand is powdery-white. and clear blue waters. The downside is that the beach is crowded with boats like there's just a small space for swimming. This should be organized by the LGU. The shore is littered with weeds, someone should clean this up on a regular basis. Prices here are a bit pricey.
  • Color of the water is beautiful but the beach is lined with boats for scuba diving and tours. The beach is very narrow and not conducive for relaxation.
  • Alona Beach is smaller and less developed version of Boracay. It will be impossible for you to swim, since there are so many boats just parked at the coast. And as soon as u get out of the water to lie on a quiet beach the hordes of massage, trips and selfie stick dealers will buzz around you till your way back to the hotel.
  • It was a nice place but kinda crowded. So many actions especially at night. They have live bands too! They also have shisha bars and restaurants here! 💯👌
